- Clothing
- Customers may bring 5 clothing items per consignment day and must hang the items on Guild Shop hangers. All clothing must be clean and in good condition or it will be rejected or donated. Good condition means that it is not soiled, spotted, stained, wrinkled, ripped, pilled, faded, unhemmed, missing buttons or damaged in any way. Dated or out of season clothing will not be accepted. Clothing includes men's, women's, children's, and baby's clothes (children's designer wear and complete outfits only, no children's shoes) as well as shoes, purses, hats and accessories. All clothing is accepted Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. No hanging clothing is accepted on Mondays, only clothing accessories (shoes, purses, belts, and hats). Consignors must attest to the authenticity of designer purses. All clothing should be stickered with the consignor's account number. Please refer to our no-take list for clothing items we will not accept.
- Household
- Customers may bring 5 household items per consignment day. Items should be in good condition, meaning no chips, scratches, or broken pieces, or they will be rejected or donated. Household items include kitchen items, dishes, glassware, clocks, wooden objects, metal objects, knick knacks. Also, collectibles which include toys, dolls, militaria, fine porcelain and faience, ornamental objects, crystal and much more. All household items should be stickered with the consignor's account number. Please avoid placing stickers on material that will peel the surface of the item when the sticker is removed (e.g, leather, suede, decoupage, gilt, silver plate, etc.) Please refer to our no-take list for household items we will not accept.
- Art
- Customers may bring one piece of art each Wednesday during our consignment period (through the 21st of each month). Please phone us or check our "News Flashes" on our Home page to verify the dates. All artwork MUST be wired to hang on our slat walls. All artwork should be stickered with the consignor's account number.
- Jewelry
- Customers may bring 5 jewelry items per consignment day. Jewelry is usually taken-in through the first or second week of the month. Please phone us or check our "News Flashes" on our Home page to verify the jewelry cut-off date. Please do NOT put stickers on jewelry. Instead you will be asked to put jewelry in a zip-lock bag with your contract.
- Furniture
- Is taken only by appointment, throughout the entire month, on a space available basis (not to exceed 5 items in a single week). Furniture items should be in good condition, meaning no chips, scratches, or broken pieces, or they will be rejected or donated. Call 713-528-5095 to schedule a furniture consignment appointment. Digital pictures of furniture may be emailed to theguildshop@theguildshop.org for evaluation and salability.
- Rugs
- Are taken by appointment only, throughout the entire month, on a space available basis (not to exceed 3 rugs in a month). All rugs should be in good condition, meaning no rips, holes, stains, soiling, water damage, urine damage, or pet odors or they will be rejected or donated. Call 713-528-5095 to schedule a rug consignment appointment.
