The 2011 – 2012 Before and After Contest has begun! Buy something at The Guild Shop and re-hab, renovate, renew, re-purpose, refurbish, restore, remake, revive, or just spruce it up. It can be furniture, jewelry, or clothing; glass, metal, or plastic; huge or teeny-tiny. It can be anything you want to work with.
Take a couple of photos of the object before you begin any work on it. When you have finished transforming your item, take some more photos. Submit all your photos and a short story about the item and what you did to it.
The deadline for submissions is August 12, 2012. There is no limit to the number of single items you may submit. Votes will be cast for the best Before and After, and the Grand Prize Winner will be announced on September 12, 2012, The Guild Shop’s 50th Anniversary. Best of luck to all contestants and have fun!
