- Furniture and Rugs are taken by appointment only, throughout the entire month, on a space available basis. You will need to call our Volunteer Furniture Chairman to make a furniture appointment. Her volunteer days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week. No more than 5 furniture items per week and 3 rugs (5 x 7 or larger) per month are permitted. Furniture items should be in good condition, meaning no chips, scratches, or broken pieces, or they will be rejected or donated. Rugs must be clean with no rips, stains, hole, water or urine damage or pet odors. Any furniture or rugs not meeting these qualifications will be rejected or donated. Call 713-528-5095 to schedule a furniture or rug consignment appointment. Digital pictures of furniture and rugs may be emailed to theguildshop@theguildshop.org for evaluation and salability.
