Resale Bargains at The Guild Shop
The Guild Shop offers gently used goods for resale at considerable savings. In order to turn inventory, each item is tagged and prices are dropped based on a predefined schedule. This means that the longer an item stays on the floor, the better the deal for the shopper. But do not wait too long; things go quickly and we are always making room for items you have not seen before! You'll want to shop regularly as we rotate items.
There are sections of the store dedicated to:
jewelry - fine, vintage costume and contemporary
gently used clothing - seasonal selections for men, women and children
books - variety of classics, religion and contemporary fiction
furniture - from estate sales to early attic
bricabrac - ornamental objects ranging from the rare to the original
rugs - quality pieces with limited wear
glassware and china - for all tastes
art - originals, lithographs, prints, sculpture
specialty items - vintage toys, militaria, collectibles of all kinds
Slow moving goods or items that are not in quality condition are donated to the Disabled American Veterans.
What you will not find at The Guild Shop are:
tennis shoes, cleats, sports shoes, men’s athletic shoes, stirrup pants, socks, tights, hosiery gloves, swimsuits, bodysuits, and leotards, out of season clothing, all lingerie except pajamas, gowns, and robes, tee shirts suit coats without matching pants or skirts, seriously outdated clothes, scarves and belts (except if designer quality), purses (except if designer quality), single sweatshirts or sweatpants – must be a complete set.
What you will find at The Guild Shop is great bargains and friendly people there to serve you.
